Meet Lisa Sloan - Owner of Places Realty and Managing Broker
After spending years as an Occupational Therapist and owning her own therapy company, Lisa received her real estate license in January of 2016 and her GRI designation in 2021! Her interest in people and homes is combined in this business - She has found her passion!
Meet Lolly - Office Manager at Places Realty
She's got a Bachelor's in Business and was born an Idahoan. She and Lisa worked together from 2006-2012 when Lolly managed an office Lisa worked in. They re-found each other in 2018 when Lolly decided to venture back into the workforce after spending time as a stay-at-home mom. When she asked Lisa if she'd be a reference, Lisa asked if she'd like to work with her instead!
Meet Jo - Leasing Administrator at Places Realty
Originally from Texas, Jo made her way to Colorado to attend CSU, later spending a year living oceanside in Kailua, Oahu HI before returning to Fort Collins. Prior to joining the world of real estate, Jo spent 11 years in veterinary medicine, where she developed a passion for helping others and creating positive, empathetic experiences — a strength that shines in every interaction she has here.
Jo joined Places Realty in August 2025 after being connected with Lisa through her partner. She was seeking a workplace built on strong values and healthy work-life balance, and the timing lined up perfectly. In her role, Jo loves problem-solving and building positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners alike.
Outside the office, Jo is a devoted mom to her son, and loves taking him on adventures to aquariums, parks, zoos, and the mountains. She enjoys reading, tackling DIY projects, and dreams of owning a little vacation home back in Oahu one day!
Meet Brett Myatt - Realtor
He was born and raised in Northern Colorado, earning his Bachelor's in Business from Colorado Christian University while playing college baseball.
He got into our industry while doing property maintenance for a landlord and quickly learned about the opportunities real estate has to offer. Brett purchased his first property in 2010 and over the last nine years has bought and sold several properties. He currently owns nine rental properties and just obtained his broker's license to expand his exposure to the industry. He has a passion for real estate and would love to find properties that will suit his client's needs.
When he's not working, Brett enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with his wife and four kids.
Together, we make a team who believes in combining business with fun so that we each enjoy coming to work every day! We strive to get to know the people we serve as individuals and create connections so we can better the community we all live in.
